53rd International Conference on Parallel Processing
Description
The International Conference on Parallel Processing (ICPP) is one of the oldest continuously running computer science conferences in parallel computing in the world. This year, the conference will take place in Gotland, Sweden on August 12-15, 2024, joining researchers, scientists, and practitioners in academia, industry, and government.
EXCELLERAT, the European Centre of Excellence for Engineering Applications, has achieved significant advancements in the field of distributed data-parallel visualization through the development and enhancement of Vistle (www.vistle.io). Vistle is a scalable tool designed for interactive visualization and data analysis, particularly suited for large-scale simulation data sets and distributed computing environments. A key focus of these advancements is on remote rendering and in situ visualization, which are essential for exascale analysis and visualization of simulation data. Dennis Grieger will present the advancing distributed data-parallel visualization at the 53rd International Conference on Parallel Processing in Sweden.
